Terms and Conditions
PRODUCTS
Munique's fashion accessories are handcrafted, so there may be slight variations in colour and finish from the photographic representation. This simply adds to the uniqueness of our exotic fashion accessories.
ORDERING
Placing your order is easy. Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click on “Add to basket”. Once you have completed your shopping, proceed to our secured checkout where you have the choice of either using World Pay or PayPal to finalize your purchases.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order may not be accepted if it is out of stock; if we unable to obtain authorization for your payment; if we identify a product or pricing error or if you do not meet eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
When you place your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Munique Limited. Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you as buyer and us as sellers will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that the goods ordered by you have been dispatched.
The purchase of merchandise on this website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English Law. Purchasers must have a valid debit/credit card and provide true, accurate and current personal information required when making a purchase.
By assessing and using this website you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payment is processed via our secure payment providers PayPal and World Pay. We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards along with Maestro/Switch. Customers paying via PayPal can opt to pay through their PayPal account if they have one or via Paypal’s secure Card processing facility. For customers paying via PayPal with an Echeque, please note that Echeques can take up to 14 days or more to clear. Goods will only be dispatched when payment is cleared.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
This website only ships to addresses in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Once your order has been authorized, goods will be dispatched within 48 - 72 hours via Royal Mail’s first class, special delivery or special delivery next day options for UK orders and via Royal Mail International Signed For for deliveries to Europe . All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
UK Customers who are not at home to receive packages during the weekdays can opt for our special delivery next day service where orders are dispatched on Friday to be received on Saturday. Once your chosen item is in stock we aim to deliver your purchases within 7 working days of receipt of payment.
Next Day Delivery options are not available for orders from Europe.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You are free to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If items are dispatched before you able to cancel then follow returns policy as outlined below. If you are not happy with your purchases a full refund or exchange can be made.
RETURNS
Returns can be made free of charge via Royal Mail for all UK customers. Overseas deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World are returned at the customers' expense.
To return an item within the 14 day return period, UK customers must email us at customerservice@muniquefashions.com to let us know that they wish to return the item. Then attach the freepost returns label to the package and take to your local post office. Remember to obtain a proof of return slip from the Post Office when mailing your returns. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of goods.
All items returned must include any free gift offer that was included. Failure to return a free gift will result in the cost of the free gift being deducted from your refund. In the event of an exchange you are still required to return any free gift. This free gift will be dispatched again with your new order.
CONDITION OF ITEMS FOR RETURN
Items to be returned must be unworn and be in the same condition as they were received with labels intact. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Worn items are not exchangeable or returnable unless faulty (See return of faulty goods below). When trying on the handcrafted leather shoes/sandals we ask for your kind consideration in ensuring that you try them on carpeted surfaces and with clean feet.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
REFUNDS
Once we are satisfied that goods returned are inkeeping with our "Conditions for Return Policy" outlined above, refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase goods within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods. For returned items, the full cost of the item is refunded less the shipping costs. For faulty items, the full cost of the item and the cost of posting and packaging are refunded.
EXCHANGES
Should you need to exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@muniquefashions.com with your alternative size/option. We can only exchange an item if the preferred item is in stock. Please follow instructions for returns as outlined above under the RETURNS section. All items are exchanged free of charge on the first exchange. Any subsequent exchanges involving an already exchanged item will incur postal charges.

At the checkout facility you are invited to opt in to join our mailing list. This information and any other customer data collected by Munique Limited will be used solely for marketing other Munique products to you via mail, email or telephone. Customer's personal details are not shared with third parties. Munique will never ask for personal details via email.
